MCB&P Empreendimentos was founded in 2012, when GPE Group in association with Construtora São José, started the development of a horizontal residential condominium with more than 3.000 lots, in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
From this moment on the GPE Group decided to organize and extend its investments focusing in small and medium size strip shopping centers and plazas, and distribution developments, always searching for secure income return with high quality and growth potential.
